Standard bed frames are delivered in 7–10 working days; luxury collections in 10–15 working days, since every piece is made to order.
Yes — professional assembly is available as an add-on when you order, for a small additional charge.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel — since our beds are made to order, items already in production may be subject to a cancellation charge.
No, we currently deliver to addresses across mainland UK only.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel most orders for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it's dispatched with any tracking details provided by our courier. If you haven't heard from us within your estimated delivery window, please get in touch and we'll check the status for you.
