Website Usage

You may use our website to browse, learn about, and purchase our products. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website — including product photography, descriptions, and branding — is owned by VALTIVA and may not be reproduced without permission.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, and photography are accurate. However, because many of our beds are made to order and available in multiple fabrics and finishes, slight variations between the images shown and the item you receive may occasionally occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen. Where a specific attribute (such as exact headboard height) matters to your purchase decision, please confirm with us before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you will have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This confirms we've received your order, but the contract between us is only formed once we confirm your item is being prepared for production. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a genuine pricing or stock error — in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Payments

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout, processed via Shopify's payment infrastructure and our payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Ownership of goods remains with VALTIVA until payment has been received in full.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
